I am a freelance writer and naturalist currently based in Spokane, Washington. My writing ranges from news
articles to narrative essays. Though I also write the occasional Haiku, I specialize in nature/adventure writing
inspired by the beautiful outdoor world. I have been published in literary journals such as Tidal Echoes and
Centripetal and my articles have appeared in Boat Broker Outdoors, Trails.com, Northwest.com, and others. I
have also been a staff writer for the Capital City Weekly, Southeast Alaska's largest distributed community paper.
